We were asked to create a warm and welcoming lobby and bar for the Holiday Inn in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. The bar features custom stained hickory half lap planking, with a bullnose and stone top. It also features a stainless steel drink rail, custom metal shelving and a sliding chalkboard track. The bar table has a live edge hickory top, built on a custom metal base and footrail, with a custom stained hickory ceiling feature. The fireplace wall is a planked birch half lap. The elevator feature wall is custom walnut finish on an angled half lap accent wall.
